How to Subscribe to Vel'oh

To use the bicycles two options are available; a seven day ticket or a one year subscription.

Seven day tickets

Seven day tickets can be obtained from any of the bicycle stations, using a debit card. Each station has a main terminal with clear instructions. After following the instructions at the main terminal, the person will be issued with a ticket and identification number. This number is required each time the person wants to rent a bicycle. The first half hour of use is free and there is an hourly rate thereafter, with a maximum fee for 24 hours. The cost of the service is debited at the end of the seven-day subscription.

Long-term cards

Application forms for a long term card are available from the Luxembourg Tourist Office, the Town Hall or from the Citizen's Office (Bierger-Center). It is also possible to subscribe online.
